Implement new search engine using Apache Solr

    Description

      The new Apache Solr, built on top of Apache Lucene adds new features that would be very usefull for and enterprise XWiki, improved query parser that allows wildcards searches on both endpoints, pure negative queries, nested queries and performance improvements.

      Also to keep in mind, would be very usefull to have the context of the search.
