Edit attachment button from Attachments tab throws js errors

Steps to reproduce issue :

Case 1:
-Using IE 6, login to the wiki and add some attachments to a page.
-go to attachments tab, and click on edit icon (yellow pencil).
-you will notice that IE6 will get an error with ActiveX Object.

Case 2 :

-follow the steps from Case 1
-logout
-go to attachments tab (not logged)

You will see a javascript error
