New page created via TemplateProvider is lost if "Preview" is used.

Assuming that page templates are configured for the wiki and the user is using the WYSIWYG Editor.

If a new page is created from a template and the user is using the "Preview" button before saving the document, all user edited content is lost.
The page content is simply reverted to the template content after going back to the editor.
