Error when renaming a page and changing spaces to +

1/ Create a page named "Space.A page"
2/ Rename the page to "Space.A+page"
3/ Message indicating that the renaming has been done successfully is prompted
4/ Click on the link supposed to link to the renamed page: Error message saying that the page cannot be found is prompted

Neither of the pages (new and old) page are not available anymore.

Tested on 2.6.33077.
