When a page has a null creator, it should display a default "Unknown User"

    Description

      There are certain pages that either lack the <creator> tag or it's null.
      Those pages should get an Unknown User or some value instead of null.

      Motivation in doing this is because if that field is going to be blank you will get something like ( Created by on 2007/12/03 )
