Default Language + Multilingual enabled keeps wiki in english

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      -Login as Admin
      -Enable Multilingual Support (add ro for example)
      -Add default language any language besides en.
      -Save

      You will see that the wiki is still en English, even if the default is other language.
