Scriptaculous fails when some of its modules are manually pulled

Scriptaculous automatically pulls all its modules (effects, dragdrop, slider...) when loading. If some of those scripts are also manually pulled in the HTML, then the automatically pulled script will shadow the manually pulled one. Scripts that get to execute before the shadowing occurs will have objects pointing to no longer existing "classes", and will cease to work.
