New floating action menu hides titles in the content of the page when jumping to an anchor

On your page of content containing some titles, add a toc. Click on a link from the toc. This link brings you to the section (anchor) in the text. The problem is that the new floating action menu hides the title. Therefore we lose the objective of anchors. The title of the section should be visible when we jump to a section.
