Convert macros.vm so that velocity macros generate XWiki 2.0 syntax when using the 2.0 syntax

    Description

      Right now the macros are generating xwiki 1.0 syntax.

      We need to add an if against the syntax version.

      Note: we should generate XWiki 2.0 syntax as much as possible and not use HTML.
