Backlinks are shallow when using a syntax other than XWiki Syntax 1.0

    Description

      Only links found outside of wiki macros are taken into account when the syntax is not XWiki Syntax 1.0.

      One consequence is that renaming a page which has a link pointing to it inside a velocity macro will not rename that link.

      One solution is to do as it's done in XWiki Syntax 1.0, i.e. find the links when the page is rendered (ie after all the transformations have been applied).
