page renaming ignores {{include}} macro

    Description

      If a page is renamed the references in the include macro are not updated.

      e.g.:

      "Page Sandbox.Test"
      {{include document="Sandbox.OldName" /}}

      Rename page Sandbox.OldName via menu to Sandbox.NewName.
      The page Sandbox.Test is not updated.
