Content disappears when clicking on bottom tabs

-login
-create a page with some content
-save and viwew
-click on one of the bottom tabs (Annotation, Comments, etc)

You will see that the content disappeears.

This happens on IE8

it seems the URl is wrong.
it is http://192.168.2.7:8080/xwiki/bin/view/TestSpaceIE6/IE6?viewer=comments
instead of http://192.168.2.7:8080/xwiki/bin/view/TestSpaceIE6/IE6#Comments
