Prevent trailing spaces on document names

XWiki allows trailing spaces in a document name. Both custom code and XE code can be inconsistent and only trim the space in some cases. This leads to severe issues like unintentional document splitting. We should have a back-end check that (in the default config) will prevent any trailing spaces.
