Droping a gadget at the bottom of a different column should be allowed without the need to scroll up to the last gadget

Steps to follow to reproduce:

• Add a gadget on the dashboard of a wiki with a sizable activity stream
• Move the gadget to the left column

Result:

• You'll notice instead of dragging and dropping it you need to drag it, scroll a long way to the top and then drop it in the indicated yellow area. That can be a bit annoying, especially when you are dealing with a big activity stream + other gadgets.
