notifier schema empty for normal user

    Description

      I have installed XWiki Enterprise 2.2.2.27489.

      As a common user, I want to change the watchlist preferences. Unfortunately the notifier list is empty.

      If I do this as an admin, I can chose between hourly, daily and weekly notifications.
