Removing the last member of a group removes the group as well

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Log in as a global admin in XEM
      2. Create a subwiki and go in the subwiki to Administration > Groups
      3. There you can see XWikiAllGroup and XWikiAdmin groups, both with one user (the local Admin)
      4. Go to Users and delete the local Admin
      5. Go back to Groups and you can see that both groups are now gone.
