Problem with the popup display when editing users

    Description

      Steps to follow to reproduce:

      • Hover over "XWiki"; click on "Administration"
      • Click on "Users"
      • Click on the pen to edit a user
      • Click on "Preferences"
      • Click on "Watchlist"

      Results:

      • The blue line needs to be longer
      • Links to advanced user editing need to be added for users that are not admins (currently they miss because the admin cannot edit the watchlist settings for another user from the popup)
