Remove "Check Active fields for user authentication" dropdown from Registration area

      This issue is directly related to http://jira.xwiki.org/jira/browse/XWIKI-5430 .

      Remove the "Check Active fields for user authentication" only after the issue from above is fixed.

      I've attached a screenshot of what to remove.
