Make annotations touchscreen friendly

    Description

      Annotation bubbles are currently displayed on mouseover the annotation icon attached to a piece of text, and disappear on mouseout. Since there is no mouseover for touch screens, annotation bubbles should also be displayed on click on the annotation icon, and hidden when clicking outside the bubble.
