The tables in syntax 1 & in syntax 2 should have the same layout

The tables in syntax 1 & in syntax 2 should have the same layout
There is maybe a technical reasons, but on the syntax 2 tables we added cellspacing and we don't create "th" automatically on the first line

Since we mix pages with syntax 1 & pages with syntax 2, we really avoid layout differences between generic elements like this.
