Provide a way to deliver jsx and ssx inlined in the HTML

I'd like to be able to specify through configuration if the jsx and ssx must be pulled from a request or inline in the HTML.
Our extensions are very small once minimized and we could drastically reduce the number of requests without adding that much weight to the HTML file.
