Add an option to the image menu for inserting external images

    Description

      Currently there is only one option "Insert Image..." which opens a multi-tabbed dialog from where we can choose to insert an external image. In order to be consistent with the link menu we should change the insert image menu to include:

      • Attached image..
      • External image..
