When entering Administration see all the icons of the sections grouped by category, instead of just seeing the categories icons

Although the section navigation can be made from the vertical panel, some users think the text is too small and would be easier to click on the big icon directly. This could be also about the process of adapting from the old administration layout.

This would be desired for beginner users too because this view provides a description text and because all sections have icons that can be recalled later.
