Add 'follow' action in the XWiki.XWikiGroupSheet livetable

Logged in user should be able to follow a user directly from the group's (or Main.UserDirectory's) livetable.

This option should be available only in view mode since the sheet is used also in the group editor where follow/unfollow actions are not relevant.
