Alternative to sendMessageFromTemplate that receives a map of parameters instead of a VelocityContext

Proposal to use a different sendMessageFromTemplate that replaces the VelocityContext with a map of parameters to be passed into a VelocityContext. This is usabled from scripting like groovy where i shouldn't create a new VelocityContext and just pass a list of parameters.
