Localization languages doesn't work as expected

    Description

      If I set property Administration, Localization languages to "en, it" it works correctly
      But if I add a document (that include multiple languages) to"Translations INTERNATIONALIZATION DOCUMENT BUNDLES" (for example BBCode.Translations) the xwiki interface will show ALL the languages included in thee bundled translation document instead the languages specified in Localization languages.

      I think this is a bug or a feature that need to fix.
