not needed scroll bars and misalignment on MyDashboard section

steps to reproduce:

• login, go to my Dashboard
• on IE6, and IE7, you will see that the UI is a little bit broken

Also clicking the pencil (edit) icon, the layout is still broken, making very hard to create your own dashboard
