Rationale:
- We're now using a Maven Repository Manager (Nexus) which acts as a Proxy for all the remote repositories we need to build XWiki
- This is a prerequisite for being able to publish our artifacts on Maven Central
- Makes it easier to administrate our remote repos from a single place (Nexus)
