Dynamically generate the list of REST services entry points

When you go http://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/rest/ you can see a list of provided REST services entry point. But this list is actually hardcoded.

The idea would be to dynamically generate this list based on the XWikiResource components classes so that you can find in there also module like annotations, extension manager, etc.
