After logging in a private wiki, the color theme is not correct

    Description

      Denying guests access to the wiki will display the login screen with the default base color theme, which is hard-coded inside colorThemeInit.vm. The problem is that after logging in the same color theme is used until the user refreshes the page to force re-downloading the whole skin.
