As a local user in a XEM copying a page that has been edited by a global user reveals all the wikis on the farm in "Target Wiki" field

Tested on incubator. I am Admin on incubator.myxwiki.org with a local user.

If I try to copy a page that was edited only by me I get pageEditedOnlyByMe.png.
If I try to copy a page that was also edited by a global user (a myxwiki.org) I get also the "Target Wiki" selector which reveals all the farm's wikis, see pageEditedByAGlobalUser.png. I am not allowed to move in another wiki (see ChangingTheWiki.png).

This doesn't happen when doing a "Rename".
