Retire the Albatross skin

    Description

      The Albatross skin was one of the first skins, with a short lifespan: introduced in 1.0, replaced by Toucan in 1.3. It served XWiki well, but it wasn't very easy to customize, and was rather big in terms of number of files and transfer size. The last release was almost one year ago, together with XWiki Enterprise 2.5.
