For a workspace, remove the local user management and registration sections and add global user membership and workspace parameters sections.

Since workspaces deal only with global users, the "Users" entry is replaced by "Workspace Users" which manages global users that are members of the current workspace.

The registration page redirects to the main wiki registration, so a registration entry in the workspace administration does no longer make sense.

The workspace's attributes (description, owner, etc.) are configurable trough the Configuration > Workspace entry.
