Workspaces template is missing EditModeClass in Main.WebHome and Main.Dashboard

In 3.2 it is necessary to have and EditModeClass object in the dashboard pages with edit mode being "inline" to make sure the inline mode is used when editing.

The workspaces template does not have this in the pages.
