Provide a way to know the state of a livetable

My main use case is selenium tests.

This require two things:

• right now all tables in a page share the same window.livetable variable name, it should be changed to contains the table id
• loadingStatus can be reused for that but need to make sure its state is changed after the lines has been fully updated
