Missing index in activity stream causes slow activity stream

    Description

      In XE 3.2's own creation of indexes the following index is importantly missing:

      ASE_REQUESTID in activitystream_events

      It as reported to make the AS load in 20/25 seconds on the large wiki without the index instead of 2.5 seconds
