Unable to install Workspaces due to broken template link

Steps to reproduce:

-I have followed instructions from: http://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/Workspace+Application

• copied in my /lib the three jars: xwiki-platform-wiki-manager-api-3.3-milestone-2.jar and xwiki-platform-workspace-api-3.3-milestone-2.jar
• started the container in order to import the UI XAR

Followed the instructions from WorkspaceManager.Install, but the URL to download the Template is broken

Edy gave me the correct URL, I've renamed it according to the instructions, and now I get a "Error installing workspace template. null"
