Fallback on section name when no translation key exists for a custom application configurable section

Right now the admin app enforces each configurable app that come with their own section to provide somewhere a i18n translation in the form "admin.<sectionName>" ; where <sectionName> is what is precised in the displayInSection field of the configurable class for that app.
This should not be mandatory and default should be to use the section name as provided in the ConfigurableClass "displayInSection" property.
