Add a cache for the zip explorer plugin

we need to have a cache like it's done for the image plugin. That will improve the speed of this plugin. For the moment, everytime we request a file from the zip, the zip file is open and we search the file and return it to the client. Like we open webpages, images and css, for 1 page, we maybe open the zip 10 times.

We need to store every files inside the zip in a cache on the filesystem.

so first, can you look at the image plugin to how it's implemented there and send me and describe how you want to implement it?
