Include the PNG version of the Silk icon set in the platform

    Description

      We used the GIF version mainly to provide support for some transparency in IE6. Now that IE6 is no longer officially supported, we should switch to using PNGs with full alpha transparency. The first step is to include the icons in the platform, and then gradually update the CSS to reference the PNG icons instead of the GIF ones.
