CSRF Saving needs proper feedback from using Save and Continue

    Description

      If you have CSRF enabled (which is the default now) and you save using Save and Continue, you won't get proper feedback that your token is outdated.

      This leads to loosing data which is quite annoying. We need proper feedback.
