Add again support for Named Parameters in the Event Stream

    Description

      This feature was first introduced by XWIKI-6839 and removed in XWiki 3.5 by XWIKI-7520 since it was found to cause some serious performance degradations to the Activity Stream.

      We now need to work on putting back while not incurring the performance issues.
