Problems when editing Main.WebHome in Inline edit mode

I don't know if this is a valid use case, but when editing Main.WebHome (the default Dashboard) in Inlin mode, you have a series of problems:

• JS errors on the Preview, Save and Continue, Save and View, Cancel on IE8 and IE9 (basically you can't save it)
• odd icon appearing on IE8 and IE8 when editing it in Inline Mode (see attached image)
• any drag and dropping will make your dashboard to have only one column on IE8 and IE9 (basically you can't arrange you gadgets the way you want)
• on IE9, the edit button doesn't appear on any gadget from the right side of the dashboard (2nd column)
