Create button looks 'broken' when its color is set to the same color as the main menu

To reproduce, create a color theme and set the color of the create button to the same color as the menu.

"Broken" means that the gradient, without a change of color, gives a feeling of a menu bar which is "interrupted" for the create button: I would expect it to look just like all the other menus if I set its color to the menubar color.

The issue is the transparent gradient which is set on the link tmCreate tme-extensible, an easy fix would be to not set this gradient if the color of that menu is the same as the menubar color.
