Description
Steps to reproduce:
- set the server running the instance to GMT+0 (London)
- make sure you start the XWiki server after you make this system setting
- go to Administration -> Configuration -> Localization and make sure you have "System Default" option for the Timezone proprety
- create a new page, and make sure the creation date corresponds with the actual date and time of the system
- create a regular user, and set its Timezone to GMT+2. This should move 2 hours ahead the hour (and the date if it overlaps to the next day)
It seems that GTM+2 is actually GMT-2.
You can see other GMT's as well, they go backward instead of forward, and vice versa.
Tested on a Ubuntu Linux.
