Show the correct number of annotations in the annotations tab when Administration setting say to separate Annotations from Comments

Steps to reproduce:

• create a page and add annotations and comments
• by default, since the annotations tab was merged with the comments tab, you will only get Comments tab in the bottom of the page
• go to admin section -> Page Elements.
• Select to hide comments, but set "YES" to "Show document annotations"
• this will get you the old Annotations tab back. Make sure that Comments are set to off.

This is a cool feature, because you can show only the annotations in the Annotations tab (old behavior).

The only problem is that the number which is displayed is the number of comments + annotations, not just the number of annotations.
