Cannot uninstall an extension from all namespaces anymore

Both ExtensionManagerScriptService#uninstall(ExtensionId) and ExtensionManagerScriptService#createUninstallPlan(ExtensionId) have been changed at some point to reuse the signatures that get the extension string identifier and the namespace but it's not exactly the same thing.
