Allow the user to install an extension both on the current wiki and on the entire farm from the main wiki

    Description

      Extension jobs triggered from Extension Manager UI are currently targeting the entire farm if the current wiki is the main wiki. We should display two buttons for the main wiki: one to install only on the main wiki and one to install on all wikis.
