Used styles makes font render badly in MSIE

The CSS contains lot of

1) "inherited" value that would nto work on MSIE6 and MSIE 7

2) non-standard values font-family: Courier
Many browsers use non-standard hack-around meeting this, they siletnly replace non-standard "Courier" with standard "monospace" value

But MSIE 9 adhers to standard and renders text using 15 years old raster "courier" font.

The outcome is not beautiful
