Install + Uninstall on farm does not uninstall extension from subwikis

Steps to reproduce:

• setup a XEM + Install Workspaces + Create a Workspace
• from the Main wiki, go to admin section, and install an extension on the whole farm "Install on Farm" (I used Jira Macro Contrib)
• confirm that the macro works on the main wiki + the workspace you created
• go back to main wiki, admin section, "Uninstall on farm"
• you will get errors when uninstalling
• the macro will still work on the subwiki like nothing happend (the macro will not appear to be installed when checking from the workspace admin section, but it is still working)
